Paw Pals was founded in September of 2001 by Lisa Ristow. We are dedicated to helping the homeless pets of Clinton County, Indiana.  We raise funds for the animals at Clinton County Humane Society in need of vet care and purchase items for the shelter to make them happy and more comfortable, maintain websites to promote our cause, encourage community involvement, educate about spaying and neutering, work with rescues, and do all we can to raise adoption numbers.
