It is policy that all pets at the Humane Society of Clinton County must be spayed or neutered prior to being adopted. If you are coming to see a pet that hasn’t been spayed or neutered yet, please know that you won’t be able to take them home with you that day unless you are approved as a foster. All potential adopters must fill out a pre-screening adoption form. The Humane Society of Clinton County reserves the right to refuse any adoption for reasons that would be in the best interest of the pet.
