It is policy that all pets at the Humane Society of Clinton County must be spayed or neutered prior to being adopted. If you are going to see a pet that hasn’t been spayed or neutered yet, please know that you won’t be able to take them home with you that day unless you are approved as a foster. All potential adopters must fill out a pre-screening adoption form. The Humane Society of Clinton County reserves the right to decline any adoption for reasons that would be in the best interest of the pet.
Below is an application that can be filled out and emailed to the shelter at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please keep in mind that Paw Pals isn’t involved in the adoption process. All decisions are made by the staff of HSCC.
